You may never have the chance to live in an apartment like the one from the video. However, you can make your own place a little bit more comfortable! It’s very easy to live in a messy apartment. As you know, laziness is one of the most powerful things in our lives. You leave every single task that should be done today for the next day. The next day comes and the same story repeats. Day after day, the trash around you is getting bigger and bigger. The sad thing is that, even if you don’t realize it, living in a dirty home makes you feel depressed and stressed. Furthermore, you are prone to all kind of sicknesses. You can avoid all of this negative consequences, if you do the things I am about to share with you. First…
1. Do The Dishes After You Use Them
No one likes to do it, but it takes a lot of time, only if you leave too much dishes in the sink. Besides, it’s much easier to clean a dish that has just been used than cleaning a plate that has been in the sink for more than a day. All dirty particles that are strongly stuck on the surface of your dishes could have been easily removed with just one wipe of a sponge.
2. Use Your Washing Machine Every Day
I know that it is easier to wait until the moment when you have nothing to ware, instead of doing the laundry each day. It’s easier but it’s definitely not the right way to do it. You are not an outcast and you must not behave like an outcast. In order to live in a healthy and clean apartment, you must leave no dirty clothes around your home.
3. Be Happy When You Clean
It is a well known fact that happy people are capable of making wonders. In this case, being happy will help you clean faster and more efficient. Turn up the stereo and listen to your favourite music while you clean. This way, rubbing a hard to clean stain will be like a dance. What I like to do while cleaning is turning up the radio and listen to the station I prefer.
4. Use The Vacuum Cleaner Whenever You Can
It is very unhealthy to use the vacuum cleaner only when it is notable that you have to do it. Even if you can’t see all small things that are on your floor, they are there. Microbes from different kinds are waiting for you to drop something so they can attack.
5. Ask For Help
You can ask a member of your family to help you or your roommate, if you have one. An extra hand will definitely make the whole cleaning process smoother. However, if there is nobody around and you can’t do it alone, you can always call for help. I often call the local cleaning company when I have to clean after throwing a big party. I don’t like the idea of paying for something I can normally do by myself, but sometimes, I really can’t clean everything alone because I have to go to work.
That’s it! I use these tips when I clean my home. Sometimes, a simple thing like listening to music can actually make a task that nobody likes into a kind of dance. Thank you for reading my article!
